  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Make the Cookie Dough: In another bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well. Stir in the sweet potato puree. Gradually add flour and fall spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves) just until combined, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Assemble the Cookies: Take a spoonful of cookie dough and flatten slightly in your hand. Place a dollop of cheesecake filling in the center, then wrap the cookie dough around it and roll into a ball. Place the balls evenly spaced on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
