Instructions

  2. Cook the Spaghetti: Boil the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss lightly with butter or oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
  3. Make the Cheese Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Slowly pour in the heavy cream or milk while stirring continuously. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Once smooth, stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted and the sauce is thick and creamy.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Return the shredded chicken to the skillet with the cheese sauce. Gently fold in the cooked spaghetti until well coated. If desired, mix in chopped green onions or diced bell peppers for added color and crunch.
